From Georgia St. with love...

This next number is an old favorite in our house. It started out as a simple summer drink enjoyed on the balcony with old friends, Erik and Jon. It turned into the drink most referenced in some of our favorite times together. Best enjoyed on a sun-drenched patio, this cocktail will keep your guests very happy...until they fall asleep or pass out.  Needless to say, imbibe with caution.

Apricot Punch
Apricot brandy
Apricot nectar (just juice!)
Prosecco (Italian bubbly)
Ingredients will be used in equal proportion to each other.

In a tall glass with some ice, mix apricot brandy and nectar. Top with Prosecco.
