Frozen Banana
1/2 banana
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 - 2 oz. Captain Morgan spiced rum
1/2 oz. cream of coconut (Coco Lopez or Coco Real)
1 oz. milk
ice (6 or so pieces)
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with banana slice. Turn on some Buffett, close your eyes, and have a sip. Summer is almost here.
